Child friendly cab in San Francisco

Earthquakes are no drama if you are at the San Francisco Airport, as there are 267 columns resting on steel ball bearings that allow the ground to move up to 20 inches in any direction, supporting the structure.   So when you land here, the earthquakes are taken care of and your only drama will be grabbing a family cab fitted with your children's seating requirements.  Make sure that there is a car booster seat if you have a grumpy two year-old toddler in tow or a baby seat for the little sleeping angel.

For a pseudo roller coaster ride with the kids, take them on one of the San Francisco cable cars.  Give the kids a taste of China by wandering around Chinatown and munching on fortune cookies, better yet take the little darlings to the Cookie Factory and buy a whole bag full.

The children can fly a kite at Ocean Beach, build sand castles or jump the waves.  Pier 39 maybe a tourist trap, but the kids do love eating dripping ice creams and riding on the carousel.  The children can even look at the sea lions that have set up home at the marina beside the pier.

Don't forget to take them to the iconic Fisherman's Wharf for the boats, wacky tourist attractions and the weird street performers.

San Francisco International Airportis located 21 km south of downtown San Francisco, or 30 min taxi ride with airport transfer with car seat.
