Child friendly Koh Samui

 

Sublime and serene, the island of Koh Samui is a safe haven for families seeking to relax in the sun and play in the sand.  The center of the island is jungle and the apron is awash in stunning resorts on golden sand beaches.  There is only one road around the island so getting a family taxi here should be a breeze.  Just make sure that the family cab has the basics required for transporting the precious cargo of children such as booster seats or baby seats for new born treasures.

 

Grab the kids and head off for a day's adventure in the Ang Thong Marine National Park where the scenery is jaw dropping, there is crystal clear water to snorkel or just to simply frolic in.  Coco Splash Adventure & Water Park at Lamai has the de rigueur water slides, bumper boats and an inflatable castle for the kids that like to mix their activities up. 

 

Go-karting is something the whole family can have fun with, whilst there is Crazy Golf at Chaweng with holes that the little kids can actually get balls in to. When all else fails to appeal to the children go to Central Festival Samui at Chaweng where apart from entertaining shopaholics, there is a Pirate Adventure Horror House and a kids' playground on the ground floor.

 

Samui International Airport also known as Ko Samui Airport or Koh Samui Airport is approximately 2 km north of the main city. An airport transfer with car seat is the safest way to take taxi into town.
